Package Your Items
Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and fasteners are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
